The Power of Patience is a training and rehabilitation that emphasises the importance of time and patience for the effective and humane development and rehabilitation of sport horses.
Wendy Lee Thompson has been recognized by Southern California Equestrian Sports for her incredible horsemanship and progressive approach to training and horse-care; changing the sport one horse at a time, while disrupting the collective consciousness and encouraging others to rethink their approach to training and working with troubled or misunderstood horses.

Origi Van HD
Origi was sent to us a year and a half ago. He was stopping at jumps and bolting with his rider. We evaluated him and discovered he had a very serious case of EPM which is a parasite that eats away at the nervous system. Continue reading.

Lest Best
Lester came to us in Jan 2024. He had a lot of anxiety and was explosive at times. He wanted to run like a deer in headlights towards the jumps.
